This article explains who can create or manage boxes. We manage this with box permissions. The following list describes who can and can't do certain things with boxes.
- Project Admin and Workspace Admin can create, edit, delete, reorder, and do all other box functions.
- Limited user cannot see a box if they don't have any assigned task under that box.
- Limited user cannot create, edit, delete, move, or do any other box functions in a box that they can see.
- User who can create tasks on a project can also create boxes.
- User who can create a box can rename and delete that same box.
- User who can create a box cannot do any other box function, such as assign all tasks or mark all tasks done.
- User who can create a box can reorder that box they created, but cannot reorder boxes they didn't create.
