This article is how to get your company started with Pie.
1) Upgrade to the premium plan by following these steps.
2) Check your workspaces and if you need more workspaces, you can add as many as you like.
3) Add your team members to your workspaces and give them the needed workspace permissions with the assigned permission check boxes.
4) Prepare the Learning Pie recipe for your company.
Go to the Pie Recipe Store and search for the "Learning Pie" recipe. The bar will show its last update date. If you signed up before this date, then import the latest from the Pie Recipe Store to replace the one you have. Once you have the latest, review this recipe to see if you need to modify it specifically for your company. You can import it into any of your workspaces. (If your team members are in different workspaces, it's ok since you can create projects from recipes across workspaces.)

When your Learning Pie recipe is ready, create a project from this recipe for each of your new team members you add to Pie. Create the project inside the team members workspace and assign them to it. When you label the project, consider a name such as "Learning Pie - [team members name]". Step #4 of the Start Here slice in the Learning Pie recipe will give you instructions on how to set up and monitor the Learning Pie projects for your team members.
Follow the Learning Pie projects to help quickly onboard your team members with Pie.
5) We have two options for Pie technical support:
Option 1 — You can assign a couple internal Pie team members as your go-to first-level support internal Guide Pie support. Those two people could interact directly with Pie Support.
Option 2 — Your team members can contact us directly.
Please note before contacting us with problems, it’s best to be specific about where exactly the problem is located (i.e., project, slice, and task names) and at least a screenshot, or even better, a video showing how to replicate the issue. Thanks. :)
Send all support questions to support@pie.me. This will track conversations with our Zendesk support system and also notify us personally more quickly via the mobile Zendesk app.
