Forgot my password or change my password

This article explains how to reset your password if you forgot your password when you're not logged in, or how to change your password from within the Pie application.

I forgot my password, so how do I reset it so I can log in

1. Go to the login page https://my.pie.me/login
2. Enter your username, which is your email address you used when signing up for Pie
3. Click the "forgot password?" button under the password line
4. The system sends you an email with a link to click. If you can't find the email, search your spam folder for an email from noreply@my.pie.me 
5. In the email, click the Change Password green button. This will reopen your browser to the change password field.
6. Enter your password and click the Login button.
7. That's it.

How to change my password from within the Pie application

1. Go to your avatar in the upper left corner and click the dropdown item "My Profile".
2. Click on "CHANGE PASSWORD" bar.
3. Enter your original password and then enter your new one twice as instructed.
