Add a secondary login email and update preferred workspace emails
Use this step to add a secondary email, such as adding a personal email along with your business email (or the other way around). For example, you may have an organization in your account for your business and a separate free organization in the same account for your personal use. You can add two emails to your account. You will be able to log in using either email, which will bring you to your main account. You can also association different emails to different workspaces. See the above video.
- Click your avatar in the upper left corner of your Pie application to get the dropdown choices for the Settings pages and choose My Profile.
- Click the My Profile bar to expand it.
- Enter your new secondary email.
- Click the verify green button. This will send an email to the secondary email for your verification.
- Find the email sent to you in your mail app inbox and click the verify button in the email body.
- Go back to your My Profile page.
- You now have two emails and either one can be used as the login ID email.
- You can update the workspace email notifications to point to your preferred email. To do this, go to the Email Notifications bar on the Profile page and expand it. Then click the email dropdown at the right of each workspace to change the email to the preferred one for that workspace.

Change your primary login email
To change your primary email (original), you will first need to add your new email that you want to change to as a secondary email. Once this is done, then you can swap that secondary email (your new email) with the primary original email. Your new email is now your primary and your old email is now your secondary. The last step is to delete the old email. See the above video.
Here are the steps:
- Click your avatar in the upper left corner of your Pie application to get the dropdown choices for the Settings pages and choose My Profile.
- Click the My Profile bar to expand it.
- Enter your new email in the secondary email line. This is the one you want to use to replace the original primary email.
- Click the verify green button. This will send an email to your secondary email for your verification.
- Find the email sent to you in your mail app inbox and click the verify button in the email body.
- Go back to your My Profile page and set your secondary email as the new primary by clicking its radio button. This will swap it to the primary position.
- Then delete the original email, which is now in the secondary position.
