You can create and add roles to tasks in a recipe. This is very helpful. When you create a project from the recipe that has tasks with role, that project will then inherit those same tasks with roles. Then you can assign project team members to the roles and they will magically be added to all tasks with those roles. How to add a role to a recipe task:
- Expand a recipe task.
- Click the people icon.
- Click the field to see if a convenient role already exists. If so, just click it to add. If not, type in a new role and hit enter key.
- Click the UPDATE button.
