Downgrade to Pro or Free Plan

This article explains how to downgrade from the Enterprise Plan to the Pro or to the Free Plan, or how to downgrade from the Pro Plan to the Free Plan. Plans are based on each of your organizations separately. This means you can have one organization on an Enterprise plan, another on a Pro plan, and another on a Free plan.

Note: Only the Organization Admin permissions people can change the plan.

Downgrading to the Blueberry Pro plan.

1. You must be the Organization Admin to have permissions to follow these steps.
2. Go to your Settings Workspaces page and find your organization bar.
3. Hover over the organization bar and click on the BILLING button to the right end of the bar.
4. Click the Blueberry Pro Plan radio button.
5. Enter the text "downgrade" in the downgrade field and then click the downgrade button.
6. That's it! Pie will automatically adjust your payments and you and your team members under this organization will now have the fewer set of features at the lower rate.

Downgrading to the Apple Free plan.

Note: The premium plans have a three-month minimum requirement before downgrading back to Free plan. The system will not let you downgrade to Fee before three months on the premium plan has passed. If it's after three months, follow these steps:

1. You must be the Organization Admin to have permissions to follow these steps.
2. Go to your Settings Workspaces page and find your organization bar.
3. Hover over the organization bar and click on the BILLING button to the right end of the bar.
4. Click the Apple Free Plan radio button.
5. Enter the text "downgrade" in the downgrade field and then click the downgrade button.
6. That's it. Your organization will drop to the Free plan.

Understanding changes when downgrading to the Free plan, or when your Free Enterprise Trial ends.

• All of your data will remain and be untouched.
• Your project and workspace people permissions will remain untouched until you remove them.
• One you remove a permission or you add a new team member to a project or workspace, the user will get full permissions that cannot be changed until you upgrade your organization back up.
• Premium object, such as dependencies, start dates, data fields, will remain until you remove them. When you create new tasks, they will no longer have these premium features.
