This articles shows how to upgrade from the Free or Enterprise Trial plan to a premium paying plan (upgrade from Apple Free plan to the Blueberry Pro or Triple Berry Enterprise Plan) using either the credit card or bank ACH option. Note that only the Organization Admin permissions person can do this upgrade and to manage billing. Note: The premium plans have a three-month minimum requirement before downgrading back to Free plan.

How to upgrade to a premium plan
- To go to the Settings Workspaces page, select your upper left avatar and click Workspaces in the dropdown.
- Hover your mouse over the organization bar you would like to upgrade and then click the BILLING button to the right.
- Click either the green Upgrade to Enterprise or Upgrade to Pro button.
-
Fill out the billing contact information.
-
Select the payment method and follow the instructions. The following are your options:
- The first option is to use a Credit Card, which is most common and simplest option
- The second is for bank ACH payments with login credentials. This will require you to have your bank website application login credentials along with your bank account and routing numbers. This option is an instant verification process.
- The third option is for bank ACH payments without login credentials. You will just need the bank's account and routing numbers. This option will send your bank two micro deposits under $1 within the next couple business days (see Note below). Your finance department will need to check for them, and then give you the amounts for you to enter on your Pie billing page to finish the verification.
-
Click Finish.
-
You can reopen the billing page in the future to updated billing information as needed.
-
In the future, you can select the Payment History tab to see the history of payments.
-
Our Stripe billing system will be sending an email with the receipt to the billing contact person when payments are made on the 1st of each month.
Note: For the third payment option with micro deposits, Pie will auto email the organization admin to remind them to check for the deposit amounts. This reminder is on the following schedule:
- two days after the set up was initiated to Stripe if not verified yet
- three days after the set up was initiated to Stripe if not verified yet
- four days after the set up was initiated to Stripe if not verified yet
- if still not verified, there will be no more notifications
