You can use Zapier as the integration platform to connect Pie with over 1500 other applications such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce, and hundreds more. You need an "Organization" object in your account to set obtain the Zapier API key for any integrations you set up. This key access is available with any organization object setup as a Pro or Enterprise account and it will also work with the free organization in trial or downgraded mode.
What's Zapier and what's a Zap?
Zapier is the glue that connects your Pie projects with more than 1,500 other web apps.
You can create a "Zap" which is a workflow that connects a Pie event, such as message posted or task updated with an event in the destination app, such as Slack, MS Teams, Outlook, etc. You can also set up a reverse integration, such as an event in another app triggers an event in Pie.
Zapier does all the back-end lifting for you. Zapier provides you with a set of step-by-step clicks for setting up an integration. All the coding is already done for you. You can set up a new Zap under 15 minutes!

Pie Zapier Triggers
As of this moment, Pie Zaps can only work with Pie zap "triggers". Pie zaps do not have any "actions" yet. This means, a Pie trigger event can cause an action in another Zapier member product that accepts Pie's trigger.
The following are the four Pie triggers:
- New post
- Updated post
- New task
- Updated task
