Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Complex Projects

The following video will show how to structure a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) model in Pie for a complex project that also has multiple sprint teams working in tandem. This structure is using the program "stacked" feature, which allows you to create multiple projects under a program. If your project is not complex enough to break up into sub-projects with a program stack and you don't have more than two sprint teams, you can use the one-project model for multiple sprints.
