Work Effort Numbers on Chart and CSV Download
On the PEOPLE or PROJECTS tabs inside the PEOPLE TIMELINE report page is a button above the chart diagram called "Show work effort numbers" as shown.
Click this button and the zoom bar date range will change to a 30-day period. You can then drag that zoom bar left to see earlier dates or right to see future dates. The next image shows you what it looks like with the work effort numbers turned on.
You can click the "Export work effort numbers" button under the tabs to export the current view into a CSV file. You can also narrow the view to one person.
IMPORTANT: If you have more than 10 active projects or some other threshold we have set to keep performance working well, you may get a message asking you to narrow down the view by selecting one person in the search field as shown. However, if you do see that and you're just looking to export the CSV, you can immediately click the "Export work effort numbers" button before narrowing down to one person in order to get a full portfolio CSV report.
The PROJECTS tab works the same as the PEOPLE tab, but the focus is project first and members second.
As usual, you can use the report's filter button for filtering by workspace, project tag, etc.
