This article will explain the structure possibilities for multiple levels. You will learn about different work breakdown structures within a project, how a program with sub-projects can be structured, what it looks like to have a project with tandem teams working on different sprints, and a look at a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for more complex agile programs.

Levels and Work Breakdown Structures
The levels of a project are as follows
- Program level with sub-projects (stacks)
- Project phases (pie slices)
- Sub-phases (pie process boxes)
- Task level
- Sub-task level
- Checklist level (setting up sub-tasks and checklists)
- Sub-task level
- Task level
- Board column boxes
- Task level
- Checklist level

- Sub-phases (pie process boxes)
- Project phases (pie slices)
You build a combination of levels for Hybrid projects, where a board can be embedded within a project phase for agile sprints, and the deeper levels with process boxes are embedded in the project phase for known processes.
You can also have multiple sprints structured in tandem for different teams within the same project. For complex programs with agile, you can structure a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) model with the stack feature.
